Lecture on Marriage

Here's a video of a great lecture on marriage given at Steubenville by Dr. Jennifer Roback Morse of the Ruth Institute.  She paints a pretty scary picture of what the future could be like if same-sex "marriage" is recognized by the state.  It's about an hour long, but totally worth the time.

I haven't listed to it yet, but I fear that we're going to go down this road no matter what. Bad deal.

I posted on the same topic on my blog awhile back. The link is here:

Our mutual legislature was pondering bills at that time, which as you know, it no longer is.

To add to it, now we're witnesses to the Presbyterian Church USA now deciding that it is dropping its requirement that members of the clergy be celibate. That is, not only does the Presbyterian Church USA now essentially take no position on homosexuality, it's taking no open position on pre marital and extra marital sex on the part of its clergy.

It's hard not to be disturbed by the stunning collapse of morality we are witnessing.
